What & Why: Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art and holistic health practice from China. It is now a therapeutic practice recommended by doctors all over the world to help people develop balance, fall prevention, regulate stress, and maintain joint health.
Santanu Rahman has been practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Chinese Martial Arts for 40 years. He started Austin Kung-Fu Academy in 2006 and has been teaching Tai Chi to the Austin community since. He was on an episode of The Day Tripper, had his own cable TV show called, "Do the Fu", and performed at the Alamo Drafthouse for the Opening of Kung-Fu Panda 2.

Santanu created a Tai Chi comic book, in 2007! It’s still available on Amazon! Click on the image, if you want to get it.
