WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE JIU-JITSU PROGRAM
In our Women’s Self Defense Jiu-Jitsu program, we will teach you how to neutralize the 15 most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant. Each one-hour lesson covers two techniques. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience.
Our Women’s Self Defense Jiu-Jitsu program is different than most others. The reason for this is that the vast majority of self defense systems rely heavily on athleticism, strength, speed, and coordination. WE DO NOT. Our methods employ leverage, technique, and timing. Thus, anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability, can make these techniques work against a larger, heavier, and stronger attacker.
