Our Tai Chi program is a fantastic way to develop balance, energy control, and holistic health for your body. In the initial stages, we work with movements in an isolated manner, where we repeat a movement multiple times. Then we go to another movement and repeat a few times, etc. In the later stages, you get to learn traditional Tai Chi routines, and some of the advanced ones include swords and fans! The main focus, however, is to develop keen awareness of your body’s energy through specific movement mechanics. While we follow some principles and concepts of Chen Shi Hun Yan Xing Yi Tai Chi Chuan, we predominantly do the physical movements of Yang style Tai Chi. Go at your own pace, that you feel suits you best!
