We teach Choy Lay Fut Kung-Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi.

Choy Lay Fut Kung-Fu is a system known for its long range swinging techniques. It incorporates the continuous and powerful hand techniques of South China, combined with the fluid and agile footwork of North China. Also integrating the Buddha's Palm method, Choy Lay Fut is a versatile system that fits anybody of any ability.

This style is very well known for its effectiveness in combat, as well as for its dynamic and explosive forms training. The mental and physical training regiment for both will progressively give you a great workout that never gets boring!

Receiving past instruction from the Ng Family Chinese Martial Arts Association and current certification/training with the Tatwong Kung-Fu Academy, Santanu Rahman's program will give you a new way of looking at movement.

Yang Style Tai Chi is an excellent way to develop balance, coordination, and greater agility. It is a fantastic way to rejuvenate the body, lift the spirit, and engage the mind in a calming and peaceful manner. Our program differs from most in that we have an earlier emphasis of learning the Tai Chi Wooden Sword Routines.
