In our Adult Kung-Fu Classes, you can be sure to have an energetic and enrichening workout. Each class is filled with drills and exercises that will:

All methods come from 5 Animals Training. These animals are the Tiger, Crane, Snake, Dragon, and Panther.
One of the unique parts of our classes is at the end, we play “Kung-Fu Games”, where we actually play a fun game relating to our techniques and skills!
