Kung-Fu and Self Defense Jiu-Jitsu Basics Classes for Kids and Adults
We specialize in martial arts classes tailored by age group for kids. Our adult programs range from Kung-Fu and Self Defense Jiu-Jitsu Basics to Cardio and Tai Chi classes!
No matter your fitness level or experience, we have something for everybody!
We offer age specific classes for children, starting as young as 5 years old! Not only are our classes fun, but the kids learn how to legitimately defend themselves, as they learn about citizenship, focus, confidence, and resiliency. They also are taught how to work in cooperative partnership with others, and become the perfect practice buddy!
Our classes for adults focus on self defense techniques that work against larger, stronger, and more athletic opponents, without using too much energy. We work very cooperatively on developing the principle of Relaxed Power from Choy Lay Fut Kung-Fu, and the principles of Leverage and Distance Management from Jiu-Jitsu. No experience necessary!
