Our unique Cardio Kung-Fu program is fantastic for getting into shape! We do continuous low impact movements so that you get a great workout that won't stress your joints. You can go at your own pace, to what suits you best. We use simplified, yet authentic movements from Kung-Fu and Chinese Kickboxing. We do it to energetic music, and not only do we do the movements in the air, sometimes you'll get to hit a target! No level of fitness is required. Our goal is to take you from where you are and build from there. You'll be amazed by the results!
